The Lenco Pick-up balance was intended to be used with the B 51, B 52, B 55 and L 70 as VTF has been become more important with the new cartridges coming on the market. It’s range goes from 0 g to 50 g - not surprising then - but in the present just unthinkable….. 

In the description of the mentioned models there was a hint saying that the tone arms not could be accurately calibrated and therefore this balance was necessary to adjust the correct VTF.

It also says that the balance can be used as letter balance.
