The PCB and the transformer were manufactured in Lenco’s own factory in Steg*. The V 621 module was installed in the Lenco L 660 (first series) record player. It uses the TBA 810AS Integrated Circuit despite the fact that it says TCA 940 in the circuit diagram. With the decision to use the TBA 810AS in the V 621, many of the amplifiers didn’t work properly - particularly after 1987 when in Europe the line voltage was increased to 230 V-AC. The TBA 810AS has an internal protection circuit that disables the power stage as soon as the operating voltage reaches the level of 20 V-DC.
