All Lenco models with a variable speed feature got a stroboscope disc. In the early days they were printed on paper. Later on it changed to aluminum.

This is a bit a mystery as it is the only one that has been printed on both sides. The order of the strobo pattern on the 60 Hz side looks odd to me…the original source of it might be Bogen USA as they used the same pattern.
